This four-week online course focuses on teaching your dog how to confidently work hard surfaces, using clear, proven exercises Kevin has used with his own dogs, including Raven & Indie. All exercises in this course can be trained in small, everyday environments such as car parks, pavements or quiet paths. You don’t need large areas of land to build reliable hard-surface skills, just consistency, structure, and the right progression. This course will cover the following: 💥 Article & Item Indications on Hard Ground – teaching or building that important article value and indication 💥 First Urban Tracks – structured progressions that build confidence and focus from step one 💥 Transitioning from Grass to Hard Surface – for those who have done grass work before 💥 Motivation in Contaminated Areas – multiple methods to keep drive high when the work gets harder 💥 Technical Trailing – adding the technical exercises to your trailing 💥 Problem Solving – a full video covering the most common hard-surface challenges Kevin has seen over the years This online course is designed as an additional training resource and should not replace in-person coaching where you can receive direct feedback on your dog. Whether you’re brand new to hard-surface trailing or looking to improve an already skilled dog, this course will give you clear, practical steps to strengthen your partnership.
